General cabinet

Die-casting aluminum cabinet
Heavy. Transportation cost is high and it is hard to install for its heavy weight. Light and thin, only 48kg/sqm . Cabinet weight is only 12.5KG/piece. Low transportation cost.
Much room are taken for packing. Use flight case for packing which can load 6PCS cabinet, increasing the packing efficiency greatly.
Low installing efficiency. Easy assembling structure , one person can install one cabinet within 10 seconds.
Lots of tools are needed for installation. 100 % assembled by hands , no tools needed.
Boundary effect is hard to control to cause flatness problem. Shaped by dying, tight connectors, flatness is within 0.2mm.
It is hard to maintain for emergency. Easy to maintain. Each cabinet of the screen can be dismantled and assembled (replaced )

Light: Cabinet size 512mm*512mm, only12.5kg comparing to more than 25 kg of common cabinet. Saving time and labor cost.
Thin: It is die-casting aluminum cabinet, thus it is featured by high strength, toughness, precision and it is hard to be deformed. The edge is just 33mm comparing to the 160mm of common cabinet.
Fast: There is fast locking device in four corners. It takes only 10 seconds to assemble one cabinet by pushing the handle 90 degree. It is fast and precise assembling.
Easy: The cabinet is modular designed, each cabinet of the screen can be easily dismantled and assembled(replaced).
Compatible: New structure design satisfies hoisting and ground-support assembling. P4, P5.33, P6.4, P10.66, P12.8 and P16 are compatible.
Low: Excellent heat dissipation design, no fans and air conditioning are required. Low noise, light weight, low cost for transportation and assembling without tools with low cost for assembling.
